Round Table is an international organisation that was started in 1927. It is an open and inclusive club, usually set up by and for members in a town or city. It offers men (aged 18-45 years old) the opportunity to expand their network, develop life skills, have fun and help others.
Round Table is non religious, non-political and non-sectarian. It is open to men of all social, occupational and ethnic backgrounds and is very open about the work and activities we do – just read our Facebook and Twitter updates to judge for yourself.
Today a number of Round Table clubs exist around the country with almost 6,000 men meeting regularly in over 500 clubs around the UK to see friends, have fun, and get involved in their local communities, usually through a separate registered charity which holds events throughout the year in order to raise money that is then distributed to local causes.
Redditch Round Table has been actively involved in raising money from residents and redistributing to local causes for the last forty years, raising and redistributing thousands of pounds in that time.
Redditch Round Table is managed by an annually appointed Chairman, a Vice Chairman and supported by a Treasurer and Secretary. We also have a President, an honorary position, which is usually filled by an ex-member. All members take part in the decision making whether this is to organise new events or to organise charitable events and donations.
Membership also provides access to a range of social activities and events that members can enjoy and take part in. While some of the social activities may be something out of the ordinary and not something that you would normally try there are many other events that are organised to bring friends together.
Redditch Round Table is particularly focused on partner and family events, with a number of our social events providing opportunities to enjoy the work-life balance that many of our members prefer.
You can see some of our members on this website as well as reading more about some of events and charity work that we do.
